Living on the shores of Lake Champlain since 1984, Kristine takes special interest in the Lake region of Franklin & Grand Isle Counties.
Recognizing the importance of continuing education, Kristine participates in many classes and seminars yearly to maintain the most up-to-date knowledge in her field, in order to provide her customers and clients with the most recent law changes, economic changes, technological advances, and other influences in the real estate market. Most recently, Kristine has earned the designation of Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) in order to best assist families who are facing the need to sell for less than what is owed (short sale) or those who are facing foreclosure or bankruptcy. Kristine is a member of the Council of Residential Specialists, the National Association of REALTORS®, the Vermont Association of REALTORS®, and the Franklin County Board of REALTORS®. She is the 2010 President for the Franklin County Board of REALTORS®, and sits on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for Vermont Real Estate Information Network.
In November, 2008, Kristine formed Stell Properties, LLC, and purchased RE/MAX Destinations. Kristine resides in Swanton with her husband Leonard, and their two children, Karissa and Gregory. She enjoys time with friends & family, boating, fishing, swimming, singing, & bowling.
